Horse Care & Management
Anchorage Barn Equine Clinic - Diana and her team take great care of all our veterinary needs for both stallions and broodmares, and carefully monitors the development of our foals and youngstock. Diana is also a member of BEVA and provides an excellent service with her AI stud work. Anchorage Barn also provides AI livery at the practice if you considering breeding with your mare.

Chestnut Horse Feeds - Provide a range of quality feeds to keep them all in the best of health and steadily developing well. They deliver the horse feed in bulk bins directly to you, saving time, money and reducing your plastic waste. And they're always at hand to help with any of your nutritional needs for each and every individual horse.

Terms & Conditions for Natural Covering
For the avoidance of any doubt :
Mares
All Mares visiting our stallions for Natural Cover must have a negative CEM swab prior to being covered by any of our stallions! We also require a negative EVA & EIA tests prior to arrival at the stud.
All mares to arrive when due in season / if unsure then pre scans are required to determine their status, or maybe a course of regumate from your vet, to help with the mares cycle.

Livery costs include hay in addition to grass, and hard feed if required!
Stallions
All of our stallions hold the relevant health tests which are taken annually.
